Territory Manager - Las Vegas

Becton Dickinson seeks an experienced Territory Manager in Las Vegas to develop business within large healthcare systems and integrated delivery networks. The role involves selling hemodynamic monitoring and tissue oximetry products to anesthesiologists, surgeons, and critical care physicians across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with large healthcare organizations and hospital systems
- Identify business opportunities and close deals within assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to complex healthcare systems
- Analyze performance gaps and execute regional strategies to meet sales targets
- Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years progressive sales experience
- Medical devices industry experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Strong enterprise-level selling capabilities
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular physiology
