Operations Manager, Commercial Service Subcontracting

What to Expect The Commercial Service Subcontracting Senior Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting the growth of Tesla's Energy Service Program, overseeing operations programs for subcontracted field service activities across utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Balance of Plant (BoP) infrastructure. This position will manage subcontracted Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM) BoP program for Utility and C&I energy sites in North America and Latin America. The Sr. Operations Manager will collaborate closely with subcontractors, Field Service, Engineering, and Asset Management teams to ensure all subcontracted scopes are executed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on electrical expertise with operational leadership skills.
