Assistant General ManagerNothing Bundt Cakes Waterford Lakes is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager. We are seeking an exceptional individual with well-honed organizational skills and an outgoing personality to help manage a winning team!The Assistant General Manager has full accountability for developing and maintaining an environment where there is a strong commitment to making genuine connections while focusing on providing the best service and highest quality products to our guests. The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in coaching a team and managing a schedule of 12-20 employees, and ensures smooth and efficient operations in both the back and front of house.
