Summary Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part time Nursing Home Services Physician to join our team in the Puget Sound. Our Nursing Home Services team is highly collaborative and operates in multiple facilities within the greater Puget Sound region, providing a mix of Skilled Nursing Facility and Long-Term Care. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $308,254 to $362,770 (salary will be prorated based on FTE; new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.) Ability to obtain Unrestricted Federal DEA license. Ability to obtain WA State Medical License. Medical Degree MD/DO or better. Current certification from AAFP or ABIM. Completion of accredited fellowship in Geriatrics preferred. CMD certification from AMDA/PALTC. Full range of clinical skills, experience in nursing home care, and an interest in working with an innovative group practice. 3‑5 years working with an interdisciplinary team in post‑acute care.
