This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Material Coordinator II function. This position will report to the Logistics Manager.**The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:*** Include some of the following:* Working knowledge of shipping and recycling* Hands-on experience using Microsoft products and SAP* You will get to work with several brilliant solvers who will be on your team* We love new ideas and innovation – bring your dynamic skill set!* Actively contribute to the organizational goals by taking initiative, executing on goals and focusing on performance and safety* Improve the organization capacity and capabilities through building collaborative relationships, optimizing diverse talent and utilizing positive communications and influence with others**What This Role Is Not:*** Not a management position – while you will collaborate with other team members, this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports* Not only about R&D – A large portion of your time will be dedicated to iterating on existing products and optimizing formulations based on customer feedback and performance data**In order to be qualified for this role, you *must possess* the following:*** A minimum of a High School degree* 3-5 years in Logistics supporting on time shipping* 1-2 years working with SAP or other MRP software* Physical Requirements: able to lift 50 pounds* License/Cert: 49CFR/IMDG/IATA preferred* Demonstrated responsible and ethical behavior at all times* The ability to help the company drive greater value through understanding the business, making complex decisions and creating the new and different**The following skill sets are *preferred* by the business unit**:* SAP experience* Logistics experience preferred* IMDG/49CFR/IATA**Perks of working at Ashland:*** Comprehensive Benefit package, Medical, Dental and Vision starting on Day 1 for you AND your family* 401(k) plan with company match* Starting pay of 22-24/hour ++ based on experience* Days plus weekends (currently every 4th weekend, \*subject to change* On site – not remoteIn more than 100 countries, the people of Ashland LLC.
