Senior Civil Project Manager

Senior Civil Project ManagerWilson & Company is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Project Manager to help lead and grow our municipal engineering practice in Omaha, NE. The position will be primarily focused on municipal roadways, highways, parks, and neighborhood drainage projects. You will work closely with clients, other project managers, and support staff to ensure the successful completion of projects. Wilson & Company offers top-tier benefits, strives to enable a suitable work—life balance for all employees, and proudly maintains collaborative and positive work environments.Essential job functions include:Lead and manage all aspects of multi-disciplinary engineering projects from pursuit through deliveryServe as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, building and maintaining long-term relationshipsPlay an active role in business development, including proposals, interviews, and identifying new opportunitiesOversee project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful project deliveryCoordinate internal teams and resources to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomesMentor and develop staff to meet the needs in supporting projectsRequired Skills:Proven ability to manage multiple team members and coordinate effectively with other engineers and technicians.Self-driven with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas to peers, senior staff, and clients.Experience in managing and mentoring junior staffPreferred Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related curriculum.Licensed Professional Engineer in Nebraska or the ability to obtain within 4 months.8+ years' experience in the design of municipal infrastructure.Knowledgeable of and experienced with federal, state, and local regulations that pertain to the design of street and/or highway projects.Specific experience with winning and executing projects for municipalities related to streets, sidewalks/trails, and/or utility improvements is preferred.Annual Salary range: $145,600 - $208,000Please note that Wilson & Company is not currently sponsoring applicants for work visas.About Us:For nearly a century, Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects, has provided award-winning engineering, architecture, planning, environmental, surveying, geospatial, and construction management services.
