Roofing Service ForemanCentiMark Corporation has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreman in the greater Richmond area!CentiMark Corporation is North America's largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews, for the installation and service of all major roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety.We offer competitive wages, solid career opportunities, a large backlog of work & fantastic growth potential. This opportunity is paying $23/hr - $26/hr, based on experience.Job SummaryAbility to diagnose roof leaksMake appropriate repairs on all types of roofsSmall repair jobs and roof maintenanceResponsible for paperwork, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety policies are being followedCandidate RequirementsMinimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial RoofingWorking knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod.
