RN ratio 1:6 days and nights Night Shift - 4-6 RN depending on census. RN ratio 1:6 days and nights Patient Ratios - 1:1 - 3:1 - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment – remote tele EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Med/surg experience, Mom/baby experience with NRP preferred.
