Join Our Mission: Regional Director - Youth DevelopmentLocation: Western Chesterfield RegionSalary: Salary range is $50,000-$52,000Are you passionate about shaping young lives and building stronger communities? The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for a dynamic, purpose-driven Regional Director to lead our Youth Development programs in Western Chesterfield. This is more than a job - it's a chance to make a lasting impact.What You'll DoAs our Regional Director, you'll be the heartbeat of our before/after-school and camp programs, ensuring they're safe, enriching, and inspiring. You'll lead with vision, manage with care, and build a culture of excellence across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all programs meet licensing standards and maintain accurate records.Hire, train, and mentor center directors, and site coordinators.
