Requirements: Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Ohio Minimum of 5 years experience has a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Proven success in long-term care leadership Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations Ability to motivate teams, build relationships, and foster a positive culture Solid experience with financial oversight, operational management, and survey readiness Commitment to quality outcomes and resident-centered care Why CareCore at Mary Scott?
