Job Description

As a Security Officer - Manufacture Patrol in Casa Grande, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication to staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare and laboratory facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with credential checks, directions, and entry documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Hold CPR and First Aid certification, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
