What You'll Need:

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Science, Biology, or a related field
• Recent grads and those finishing up an MLT program are highly encouraged to apply
• Certification through ASCP, AMT, or equivalent is preferred — or eligibility to obtain it
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort with computers and digital lab systems
