Romach General Contractors, Murfreesboro, TN Laborer April 3, 2026 Position Summary Romach, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Construction Laborer to support our field operations. This role is essential to maintaining jobsite productivity, safety, and quality across a variety of commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities Assist skilled tradesmen and subcontractors as needed Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, digging, lifting, and material handling Operate basic hand and power tools safely Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies Assist with site setup and teardown Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Foreman Qualifications Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs., standing, bending, kneeling) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Outdoor jobsite conditions in varying weather Fast-paced construction environment Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required at all times Competitive hourly wage based on experience Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for advancement within the company Join a team that takes pride in quality workmanship and lasting results.
