Job Summary The RN Unit Manager oversees the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision. This role coordinates care plans, monitors clinical outcomes, and supports nursing staff to maintain a safe and positive resident environment.   Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff.
• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
