Lending is a key product offering within Citi Wealth. Lending provides competitive borrowing solutions that are strategically integrated into our client’s broader Wealth Management goals. Our team provides lending solutions across all four client segments including Citi Private Bank, Wealth at Work, Citi Private Client and Citigold as part of their wider Citi relationship.

US Credit Card solutions are provided to Wealth clients via US Consumer Cards. This role will oversee the relationship with US Consumer Cards in partnership with our Wealth Business and Operations teams. This role will sit within the Wealth Lending Business Strategy and Governance, which is part of the Citi Wealth Lending team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Wealth US Credit Card offering in partnership with US Consumer Cards
• Act as a key point of contact for Bankers and Financial Advisors for US Cards-related inquiries and escalations
• Assist in managing day-to-day relationship and coordination with internal partners, including Business, Product, Data & Analytics, Tech, Finance, Fraud, Credit Risk, Operations and Servicing teams
• Analyze performance data, client feedback, and trends to identify opportunities for improving product delivery and client experience
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to Citi’s risk and control framework, escalating issues appropriately and supporting a strong governance culture
• Partner across teams to ensure alignment on client needs and consistent delivery of solutions
• Support strategic initiatives led by senior team members, including product enhancements and business reviews

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in credit cards, lending, or wealth management
• Strong relationship management skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Be curious. Have the drive to go deep to understand how processes work and be creative to drive streamlined and simple target state processes for our clients. Put the client experience at the center of what we do
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and suggest actionable insights
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal), with ability to convey information clearly to stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
• Familiarity with risk and control principles within financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$109,120.00 - $163,680.00
