Provide basic patient care Perform basic nursing tasks assigned or delegated by the Wound Management Coordinator or designee Carry out tasks according to hospital policy, mission statement, performance improvement plan, and the philosophy of the Departments of Nursing and Wound Management Requirements High school graduate or equivalent (GED) Completion of a Certified Nurse Assistant course with current certification preferred Current BLS certification required One year of hospital-setting experience preferred Computer skills required Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in basic patient care and nursing tasks while adhering to hospital policies and performance improvement plans.
