Leadership Highlights: Leadership role overseeing tax engagements, staff development, and client relationships Opportunity to help grow the practice through networking and business development Hands‑on involvement with strategic tax planning and advisory services High visibility position within a collaborative leadership team Competitive compensation structure with bonus/equity potential Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses and high‑net‑worth clients Review complex federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts, and individuals Lead tax planning, research, and advisory initiatives Mentor and develop tax staff and seniors Drive client relationship management and practice growth initiatives Partner with leadership on operational improvements and workflow efficiencies What We’re Looking For: 10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience Experience in Tax Director, Senior Manager, or Partner‑level leadership roles Strong technical expertise in tax compliance and planning Proven client relationship and staff leadership experience Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business development and practice growth Ideal for a hands‑on tax leader who enjoys building relationships, developing teams, and contributing strategically to a growing practice.
