HSE Manager - Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d) Tätigkeitsbereich: Arbeitssicherheit Vertragsart: Unbefristet / Vollzeit Standort: Weferlingen Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich: Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung aller erforderlichen Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Unfallvermeidung und Gesundheitsschutz am Standort Weferlingen Beratung und Umsetzung der Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen, -organisation und -aufgaben sowie der personellen und sozialen Bedingungen, der Auswahl und Einsatz von Maschinen, Geräten, Anlagen und Arbeitsstoffen Aufrechterhalten sicherheits-, gesundheits- und menschengerechter Arbeitssysteme und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz der Beschäftigten Integration von Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz ins Management und Führung sowie Initiierung von entsprechenden Prozessen Einbindung in die betriebliche Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation sowie in die ständige Bewertung von Stand und Entwicklung und Gewährleistung einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Sicherheit und Gesundheit, auch unter Einbeziehung von Umweltaspekten Umsetzen der anwendbaren Vorschriften, Regeln und Normen für den Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheit, Prävention und Umwelt Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Werkleitung, der Geschäftsführung, den einzelnen Abteilungsleitern sowie internen und externen Partnern wie beispielsweise dem Betriebsarzt, der Berufsgenossenschaft und Krankenkassen etc. Das bringst du mit: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft (m/w/d) bzw.
