Job Summary and Responsibilities Lead Therapist responsible for providing a continuum of care for patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically–related conditions. Tasks include mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and interdisciplinary care. Assumes accountability for organizational mission, mentors therapy staff, and oversees day‑to‑day unit operations such as staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, staff development, marketing and physician relations. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in OT, PT or SLP required (Master’s preferred) At least two years of direct patient care experience in outpatient, inpatient or rehabilitation settings Previous leadership experience preferred Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Physical demands: medium work with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent lifting up to 20 lbs, or constant lifting up to 10 lbs.
