Job Summary

40 hour rotating 10k sign on bonus eligible Magnet Designated with Distinction 1 of only 2 hospitals in the state of Massachusetts with this honor! First in Massachusetts to use Black Box technology 16 ORs 1,000 cases a month Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures by Participate in ongoing educational and competency activities Precept staff to the surgical technician job duties, including surgical technicians, nurses and students Competitive compensation Flexible schedules Medical, dental, vision benefits Generous PTO package Tuition reimbursement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Surgical Technician Certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• 2 year of Surgical Technician experience preferred.
• Must present and submit Certification of Graduation, as follows: - ARC/STSA-Accredited Surgical Technology Program - NBSTSA- Certification is conferred by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
• Staff adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. Standards.
• Basic computer skills.
