Retirement Analyst - HybridThe Retirement Analyst will own various functions related to administering the day-to-day operations of the retirement program. The Retirement Analyst will provide key support to management, and Project Manager in the areas of analytical and reporting support for the retirement program, providing subject matter expertise, working with internal and external partners to implement fund lineup changes and plan mergers/affiliations/acquisitions/spinoffs, research and respond to payroll audit reports, and to implement other programmatic or administrative enhancements identified by management. The Retirement Analyst will be able to identify, research, and resolve issues by applying best practices, retirement knowledge, system research, and consulting with co-workers and supervisor.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
