Hollow Bay Wellness is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our passionate behavioral health team in Victorville, California. This full-time position is a unique opportunity for an LMFT to work remotely while offering comprehensive outpatient services to individuals, couples, and families.

Work Environment\n

As an LMFT in our outpatient clinic, you will have the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions remotely, utilizing telehealth technology alongside in-person interactions. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet adaptable work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing both telehealth and in-person methods based on client needs and preferences.
  • \n
  • Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Implement various therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic family approaches, customized to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

  • Engage in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, which includes case managers and medical providers, to ensure holistic support and continuity of care for clients.
  • \n
  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation compliant with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations.
  • \n
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation groups to enhance your personal and professional development.
  • \n
  • Contribute positively to our clinic culture by promoting a supportive atmosphere that values creativity, clinician well-being, and respect.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities as well as underserved populations. Our commitment to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care means you will engage with individuals and families facing various challenges and backgrounds, making every day distinct and rewarding.

Qualifications\n

  • Must hold a current and active LMFT license in the state of California; associate registrations are not accepted.
  • \n
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings such as outpatient clinics, community mental health, or private practice is required.
  • \n
  • A comprehensive understanding of family systems theory, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive practices is essential.
  • \n
  • Experience working with diverse and marginalized populations is highly valued.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

  • While prior experience with electronic health records and familiarity with Medi-Cal documentation standards is preferred, it is not mandatory.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated capabilities in using evidence-based therapeutic modalities effectively tailored for various demographic groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • Attractive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, along with a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time eligible staff.
