Communicate clearly by phone, text, and email, and keep calm under pressure. Have a natural talent for building rapport and turning conversations into long-term relationships. Obtain/Maintain a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License. Comfortable using technologyCRM systems, quoting software, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Competitive base pay plus bonuses for additional coverage sold to current clients.
