Your New Role

• Perform HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems throughout the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex)

• Identify system issues and deliver accurate, effective solutions

• Communicate repair and replacement options clearly to customers

• Complete preventive maintenance and seasonal system tune-ups

• Service key components such as motors, control boards, capacitors, and sensors

• Measure refrigerant levels, airflow, amp draw, and overall system performance

• Handle warranty service according to manufacturer guidelines

• Document all work performed and complete required service reports

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred

• Experience servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage a service route

• Experience working with communicating HVAC systems is highly preferred
