Maintain a proactive operational excellence mindset to efficiently manage operation expenses, drive sales growth and promotional activities, manage product orders and inventory, schedule shifts, conduct surveys, and continuously strive to exceed company metrics. Support rollouts of company initiatives and reach store‑level and district goals. Help your team by demonstrating best‑in‑class customer service when assisting customers. Stock, clean, work the cash register, and perform any other duties as needed. Requirements Must be 18+ years of age; 19 in Indiana; 20 in Kentucky; 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah. Must have at least one of the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. One year of continuous store or retail management experience.
