Help Desk TechnicianThe IT Support Technician will provide first-line and desktop-level technical support for Windows and macOS environments, including computers, peripherals, mobile devices, applications, networking, conference room technology, and other end-user technology. This is a highly visible, customer-focused position that requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, professionalism, and a willingness to work directly with users to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.Location: This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.Responsibilities:Provide timely, professional, and personalized technical support to all Hard Rock Stadium employees.Ability to troubleshoot error messages, apply patches or upgrades, and general support of Windows and MAC'sInstall, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and printersPerform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applicationsUser Management, Active Directory, identify password related issues and provide resolutionAssist users with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related services.Support technology requirements for major events, including the Miami Open, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, concerts, and other eventsProvide remote and onsite support as appropriateBuild strong relationships with users and understand their technology needsPrioritize critical and executive support requests appropriatelyEnsure devices are properly secured and configured before being issued to usersBe available for scheduled weekend, evening, holiday, and event-day support as part of the stadium's operational requirementsPhysically required to lift, move, pack/unpack systems weighing 50 lbsFun personality that enjoys technologyQualifications:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with at least 2 + years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, IT Support or similar technical roleExperience supporting Microsoft 365 environmentsKnowledge of Windows 10/11 Desktop supportMacOS X and Apple iOS knowledgeCollaborate with the internal/external resources to provide optimal technology solutionsFeatured Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance (including voluntary coverage for spouses and children)Long term disability insuranceTicket benefits for events including Miami Dolphins games, the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix, and the Miami OpenEmployee gym, subsidized lunch program, and discounts on a variety of products and services401k, Paid time off (PTO), and company holidays
