Head of Growth: Scale Top-of-Funnel for Startup Platform

OGC is seeking a Head of Growth in San Francisco (Hybrid) to own the entire top-of-funnel engine, driving outbound campaigns, organic growth, and community building. You will manage multi-channel initiatives, leverage a modern GTM stack, and coordinate with the CEO to scale from 50–60 customers to 500–600, with uncapped upside tied to performance.
We are targeting a candidate with 4–6 years of growth leadership, strong writing, and hands-on automation.
