Where is the work:

Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of performing all functions as a Senior Controls Technician with extensive knowledge.
• Installation, programming, and troubleshooting of all new Trane Controls Systems projects.
• Maintain service contracts, customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating with clients and coworkers as needed.
• Manage and schedule service contracts.
• Assist BAS/Controls group project managers in preparing client quotes.
• Provide client training.
• Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintenance reports.
• Read and review drawings and blueprints.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and keep contract costs within the estimated budget.
• Utilize backup software and documentation for service contracts.
• Responsible for maintaining an updated list of contracted equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as requested by the Supervisor.
• Travel required.

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in Engineering, Instrumentation, Computer Science, IT/LAN, and/or five years of experience in HVAC controls.
• 5+ years of experience in the air conditioning field.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Programming.
• Knowledge and use of IT software, applications, and platforms.
• Valid driver's license category 3.
• Intermediate knowledge of the English language.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$28,65 - $53,17
