Our mission is to help seniors live independently, confidently, and joyfully through compassionate in-home care, personalized therapy, and innovative brain health programs.Position Summary:The Recruiter is responsible for leading recruitment efforts across Florida and Michigan, including caregivers and administrative personnel. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining a strong hiring pipeline, supporting the current recruiter, and ensuring hiring needs are met across all departments.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting for caregiver and administrative rolesSupport and direct the current recruiter based on hiring prioritiesUtilize recruiting platforms such as iSolved, Indeed, and text-based communication tools to engage candidates and manage pipelinesBuild and maintain relationships with CNA schools, training programs, and community partnersAttend hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiativesManage sponsorships and identify new pipeline opportunitiesPost, monitor, and optimize job ads to maintain consistent applicant flowTrack recruiting activity and adjust strategies to meet hiring goalsQualifications:Bilingual (English/Spanish) required2+ years of recruiting experience (non-skilled home care) requiredExperience recruiting caregivers requiredExperience using ATS platforms (iSolved or similar), Indeed, and candidate communication toolsStrong organization, communication, and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel locally for recruiting events as neededWhy Join Us:Competitive payMileage Reimbursment Paid Time Off (PTO)Virtual healthcareSupplemental Insurance401(k) retirement planSupportive, team-oriented work environmentHow to Apply: Submit your application and resume today - we review candidates daily!We are an equal opportunity employer.
