Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Rawlins, WY

Seeking a dedicated professional to provide invaluable speech-language support within a vibrant school environment. This contract position offers a full-time, onsite opportunity working with middle school and upper elementary students, ensuring a rewarding and impactful daily experience.


This opening welcomes both licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), including those with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status. Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Experience in pediatric, school, or healthcare settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Comfort with IEP processes, case management, and therapy documentation
• Experience delivering services onsite to school-age children
• Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus, though onsite services are primary
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in an educational setting

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to middle school and upper elementary caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and progress
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Assess, screen, and evaluate students' communication abilities
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
