We’re looking for a CNC professional who treats every thousandth like it matters—because it does. If you thrive on translating technical prints into stable, repeatable results, you’ll feel right at home.
Core focus- Consistently maintain tight dimensional control at ±0.001 inch or tighter.
- Decode engineering drawings with confidence—GD&T, surface finish requirements, material specifications, and tolerance intent.
- Rely on the right tools for the proof: calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, thread gauges, height gauges, and dial indicators.
- Own simple to moderate CNC setups end-to-end: tool loading, offset establishment, and first-piece verification.
- Track part trends and make timely offset adjustments to prevent drift and protect tolerance.
Start with the print, plan the setup, validate the first piece, then run with vigilance—measuring often, adjusting when needed, and finishing with confidence that every spec has been met.
