Hybrid PMHNP: Flexible, Autonomous Outpatient Psychiatry

We are seeking a full-time (30+ hours/week) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in Marina del Rey, California, with additional locations across the surrounding area. This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your way— with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment. What You’ll Do Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team Compensation & Benefits Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.
