Job Responsibilities:
- Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to production formulas and specifications.
- Operate mixers, blenders, and other compounding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow batch instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor the mixing process and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect materials and finished batches for quality and consistency.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate batch records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow all company safety procedures and GMP guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, compounding, mixing, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and formulas.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle raw materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
