- License/Certs: RN License in LA or Compact, BLS, ACLS (AHA)
- Experience: 1+ year of ICU/Telemetry experience preferred

What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care for adult patients with conditions such as MI, CHF, arrhythmias, PVD, and more
- Monitor cardiac leads and manage IV drips, including cardiac medications and infusions
- Assess patient needs, record comprehensive documentation, and communicate with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital policies and procedures
What You Need:
- Current RN license in Louisiana or a valid compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to float as needed within the facility
About the Assignment:
Join a dynamic unit specializing in cardiac telemetry, caring for adult patients with cardiac conditions. The team manages many cardiac infusions and provides a variety of routine and complex nursing care. This assignment offers a 12-hour day schedule for a focused, collaborative work environment and an immediate start date, with potential for temp-to-perm employment.
