Troubleshoot escalated software, hardware, and connectivity issues while partnering with customers and vendors to drive resolution.
Perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, repairs, and system optimization to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
Document service activities, support customer onboarding efforts, and contribute to successful technology deployments across multiple locations.
Why work here:
Empowering leadership style with autonomy and minimal micromanagement.
Variety of work including field service, remote support, installations, and project-based assignments.
