Customer Experience Representative

What This Role Is You’ll work with clients using health and wellness programs, acting as their go-to throughout the experience and playing a key role in how they stay engaged, supported, and on track. This isn’t a script-based role. It’s about being responsive, helpful, and keeping things moving so clients don’t fall off track.
