Sales Associate (Budtender) - Full Time - Florida

We are currently looking for a Full‑Time Sales Associate to join our growing team at our dispensary in Gulf Breeze . The goal of a Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service by focusing on education, awareness, and client solutions. Location Gulf Breeze, FL Responsibilities Greeting, assisting, and providing information and necessary services to customers. Verifying customer ID and cannabis card status. Dispensing medication and collecting payment via POS register or on delivery using approved payment methods (cash, debit, credit). Maintaining all online pick‑up orders. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers by accurately assessing needs and providing timely, accurate information. Working with the Dispensary Manager to identify opportunities for dispensary events. Planning and coordinating events, including internal and external communication, logistics management, marketing, and organization of necessary information and materials. Supporting all marketing and sales efforts of the company to ensure sales goals are met. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. At least 21 years of age. At least 2 years of customer service related experience involving direct patient/customer interaction, preferably in specialty retail, hospitality, or health and wellness field. Acceptable driving record. Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check. Training Training will be provided to selected candidates.
