Since its formation in 2022, the team has been building a Python-based data platform that supports precision technology product development at CNH Industrial. Our Mission: Empower Product Validation teams to reliably collect data and draw actionable, data-driven insights that improve the customer experience. Our Objectives: Build a scalable, versatile, and resilient data platform Generate accessible, reliable, and trustworthy data Provide analytic support for actionable, data-driven insightsAs a Data Scientist Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with product performance data, applying AI and advanced analytics to generate insights that directly inform product validation and development. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities may include: Leveraging AI to enrich performance metrics and uncover product performance insights Working with Python and large product performance datasets to generate key metrics, reports, and dashboards Collaborating with engineers and validation teams to ensure data-driven insights directly support product improvement initiatives Supporting the team's mission to provide accessible, reliable, and actionable data that empowers smarter decision-makingExperience Required: Must currently be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with data using Python Pay Transparency: The annual salary for this role is USD $19.57 - $35.02 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location.
