We are looking for someone with an ownership mindset who is interested in long-term growth, leadership, and ultimately a partnership or succession opportunity alongside our senior associate.

Whether your background is in estate planning, elder law, or a transferable practice area such as family law, we would love to hear from you. Medicaid experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right attorney who demonstrates initiative, strong client skills, and a desire to learn.

What You'll Do

  • Assist clients with elder law and long-term care planning matters
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
  • Conduct educational workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs
  • Build relationships with referral sources and professional partners
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver outstanding client experiences
  • Hit quarterly financial and conversion rate targets
  • Coordinate and support clients through a comprehensive The Whole Crew™ (TWC™) life care program, working collaboratively with a Registered Nurse (RN) to address legal, healthcare, housing, financial, and quality-of-life needs as clients age or face health challenges

What We're Looking For

Required Qualities

  • Licensed attorney in good standing
  • Experience in estate planning, elder law, family law, or a related practice area
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, initiative, and grit
  • Ability to confidently conduct presentations, workshops, and community education events
  • Interest in professional growth and a future leadership or ownership role within the firm

Preferred Experience

  • Estate Planning
  • Elder Law

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $125,000; Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Benefits Include:

  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • SIMPLE IRA with 3% Employer Match
  • Annual Performance-Based Bonus Program
  • 3 Weeks Paid Vacation
  • 5 Paid Sick Days
  • 10 Paid Holidays (including your birthday!)
  • Professional dues paid by the firm
  • Access to continuing legal education and professional development opportunities, including Massachusetts CLE programs, seminars, and conferences
  • Three weekly fitness classes led by professional trainers at the office
