Right At Home Caregiver

Right at Home is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance to live safely and comfortably at home. Our caregivers make a meaningful difference by supporting daily living activities while offering companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene; toileting and incontinence care; assistance with walking and transfers; meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Communicate changes in client condition to the office promptly.

Caregiver requirements include:

• Level 2 background screening (required).
• Valid government-issued photo ID and second form of identification (Social Security card or Passport – hard copy).
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Previous caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience preferred (but not always required).
