PMO Manager

Responsibilities Interact with many business and IT stakeholders from different functional units in driving the data strategy for the organization by aligning program milestones. Understand and monitor total portfolio (Book of Work) financials and resource allocation. Develop Project Life Cycle process & metrics to ensure quality of project delivery. Develop Demand management process. Develop Project billing methodology and client allocation. Facilitate development and maintenance of project business cases and forecasts. Access and direct resource management best practice and methodology. Provide action plans to mitigate risk and help implement them, when applicable. Report and analyze overall project portfolio health in terms of delivery, financials, risks. Provide senior management portfolio key messages and metrics. Develop standards for internal client portfolio/program/project reporting. Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience. Analytical skills, problem solving, good critical thinking and decision‑making skills. Excellent organizational skills; ability to work independently and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Relationship building skills – develop partnerships to drive results. Ability to be effective in a global operating environment. Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results. Experience managing large portfolio of projects and resource planning. Excellent skills with Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. ITIL Framework knowledge. Benefits Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance and Vision Care.
