Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Base pay range $45.00/hr - $48.00/hr Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst 4 Duration: 18 Months Location: Carson City NV (on-site/Off-site-Local candidates/hybrid role. 2-3 days/week in the office) JOB DESCRIPTION Business analysis and requirements gathering: Interview key stakeholders in order to document and prioritize fixes and enhancements needed for product go live. Test Case creation: Ability to create detailed test cases based on internal and external user feedback. Test Execution: Execute test cases to identify defects, ensure functionality, and verify that the software meets quality standards. Defect Tracking: Document and track defects, issues, and deviations from project specifications. Work closely with project team to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new software versions or updates do not adversely affect existing functionality. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, product managers, and business analysts, to communicate testing progress, issues, and recommendations. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to testing processes, test cases, and testing results. Testing Tools: Familiarity with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and others. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey testing results and recommendations to stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Thorough attention to detail to ensure comprehensive test coverage and accurate defect reporting. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
