Job Summary

Regents' Glen Country Club is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the Food & Beverage Director in overseeing daily operations across The Fairway Table restaurant, poolside dining, and Club events. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with solid restaurant experiencewho'sready to grow into a leadership position within a well-established, member-focused country club environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage Director with day-to-day management of restaurant, poolside, and event dining operations

• Help lead, schedule, and supervise FOH staff, stepping in on the floor during peak service

• Support staff training, coaching, and performance management

• Ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction for members and guests

• Helpmonitorinventory, ordering, and cost controls in coordination with the F&B Director

• Assistwith staffing coverage across the restaurant and pool during evenings, weekends, andspecial events

• Address member and guest concerns promptly and professionally

• Help enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout F&B operations

• Step in for the F&B Director as needed to ensure continuity of operations

Qualifications

• Restaurant experiencerequired; supervisory or assistant management experience a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work evenings and weekends, includingspecial events

• Comfortable managing staff and operations across multiple service areas (restaurant and pool)

• Professional, member-focused demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
