Manager, Payment & Cash Operations

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking experienced accounting operations professionals for Manager, Payment & Cash Operations opportunities in the Portland metropolitan area. This type of role is ideal for a people leader who enjoys developing teams, improving workflows, and overseeing high-volume payment and cash activity.

Position: Manager, Payment & Cash Operations
Location: Portland metropolitan area
Work Mode: Hybrid, with regular onsite work required. ***This is not a remote position.***

Compensation & Benefits: Estimated base salary of $90,000 to $115,000, depending on the specific opportunity, location, and candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a team responsible for payment and cash operations
• Oversee invoice workflows, payment execution, and banking activity
• Maintain effective controls, approvals, and supporting documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency
• Support audits, system changes, and other accounting initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Five or more years of accounting or transactional operations experience
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in a high-volume or multi-entity environment
• Knowledge of payment processes, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Experience with a large ERP system preferred
