Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with exceptional service and communication. In this role, you will contribute to a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach while responding to routine concerns with professionalism and reliability. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $29.38 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention. Monitor access to the property by observing arrivals and departures, verifying authorization when required, and reporting suspicious or unauthorized activity to help support community rules and property protocols. Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related concerns, and provide clear written reports to help support follow-up and continuity of service. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security-related experience. Be at least 21+ years of age. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Have customer service experience preferred. Have CPR certification preferred. Guard card is required. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
