We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our interdisciplinary team. This role focuses on providing pulmonary rehabilitation services, respiratory treatments, respiratory assessments, pulmonary function testing, and ongoing management of residents with chronic respiratory conditions.

Monday – Friday daylight hours

Preferred Experience

•              Skilled nursing or long-term care experience

•              Knowledge of pulmonary rehab programs

Qualifications

•              Current Respiratory Therapist license in PA

•              Experience in LTC, SNF, or pulmonary rehab preferred

•              Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

•              Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

•              Pulmonary Rehabilitation Services

•              Perform respiratory assessments and monitor resident status

•              Pulmonary Function Testing

•              Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab teams

•              Educate staff and residents on respiratory care

•              Ensure compliance with CMS, medical necessity, and facility protocols

•              Accurate documentation and billing per CMS guidelines
