Event Planner - $47-$52/hr - DC (A1459427DC-Temp) Washington, District of Columbia Salary: USD47 - USD52 per hour Our client,a professional servicesfirm,is seeking an Event Planner to join their teamon a temporary basis in Washington, D.C. About the Job: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile events and client experiences Research venues, manage RFPs, and coordinate vendors, contracts, and logistics Oversee event operations including timelines, registration, travel, communications, and production Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle post-event reconciliation Maintain event documentation, build strong vendor,and partner relationships Collaborate internally to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate event quality About You: 5+ years of experience in event planning or meetings management Experience in a professional services or corporate environment preferred Strong expertise in vendor negotiations, contracts, and hospitality/event logistics Proven ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with budgets, expense tracking, and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to travel up to 25% as needed About The Position: Start Date: Mid-June 6-month temporary assignment $47–$52/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite #J-18808-Ljbffr
