Senior Accountant

Senior Property Accountant - MUST have Real Estate Experience $90,000–$95,000 base salary 10% annual bonus Comprehensive benefits and 401(k) match Growing commercial real estate company seeking a Senior Property Accountant to support a portfolio of office and medical office properties. This role will be responsible for month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, CAM reconciliations, lease accounting, budgeting support, and partnering with Property Management teams to ensure accurate financial operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee accounting activities for a commercial real estate portfolio. Lead month-end close and ensure timely financial reporting. Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries. Manage tenant billing, lease accounting, and operating expense recoveries. Review cash activity and maintain accurate general ledger records. Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit requests. Partner with Property Management and Operations to resolve financial issues and improve processes. Help strengthen internal controls and drive accounting efficiencies.
