Project Manager | Executive Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager | Executive Administrator to spearhead and lead administrative/operational projects and initiatives with a growing company in Miami. This role will support the CEO in organizing and driving all companies' projects. The company has multiple businesses with operations in LATAM and in US.

This role is in the office.

Responsibilities

• Heavy project management across all departments.
• Oversee travel and calendar management.
• Handle confidential information.
• Oversee budgeting, operating expenses, analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee facilities management and expansion if necessary.
• Create presentations and communications on behalf of CEO.
• Work with the department head on behalf of CEO to establish project timelines and insure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Spearhead projects on behalf of CEO
• He/She will develop policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of experience in operations/project management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation and in-office required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, web, and video conferencing.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and anticipate needs.
• Experience working with Latin America
• Industry in Tech, Logistic, and Freight is a plus
