Our team balances business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to solve the biggest problems that affect customers, partners, constituents, and the workforceRecruiting for this role ends on January 31, 2027.Work you'll doAs a CRM Functional Senior Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, you will help clients enhance their business processes by designing and delivering integrated solutions, leading a focused workstream within a broader multidisciplinary project team. You will oversee and drive the success of your workstream, ensuring solutions meet technical, operational, and user requirements while guiding and mentoring both onshore and offshore team members to facilitate effective collaboration and skill development. Your expertise will contribute to the overall project, aligning workstream activities with broader project goals and timelines. In this role, you will build strong working relationships with client stakeholders, managing day-to-day expectations and maintaining clear communication within your area of responsibility. You will be expected to effectively explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences, ensuring alignment and stakeholder buy-in, as well as developing clear, well-structured presentations and process diagrams using MS Visio and MS PowerPoint. We blend strategy, technology, and creativity to solve complex challenges, bringing customer strategies to life and creating new markets.QualificationsRequiredMinimum 6 years of professional experience in consulting or industry roles, with at least 4 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutionsDemonstrated 3+ years designing conceptual architectures for enterprise solutions, including Dataverse security model implementationCompleted multiple data migrations and integrations using tools such as Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services across at least 3 projectsPractical 2+ years of experience with modern DevOps practices, including management of content repositories, version control (such as Git), and implementation of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelinesDemonstrated administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform, including successful deployment and maintenance of Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit in production environmentsAdvanced technical proficiency with C#, Dataverse Web API, Plugin development, JavaScript, Power FX, and PowerShell across client-facing projectsBachelor's degree or equivalent number of years of experienceAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available PreferredFamiliarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Google) and CRM applications (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow)Hands-on 4+ years of experience utilizing Power Platform and broader Microsoft cloud technologies (such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Office 365) to address business requirementsProven track record of developing and extending Dataverse solutions through custom Plugin development, JavaScript, Azure Functions, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) for at least 3 engagementsStrong understanding of multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, etc.)Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, exercising mature judgmentCommitment to professional client service excellenceSkilled at developing an understanding of customers’ business and project scopeThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
